RIAA, IFPI, and BPI File Lawsuit Against Top YouTube to MP3 Site

BY DANIEL ADRIAN SANCHEZ: In a joint effort, The International Federation of the Phonographic Industry (IFPI), the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA), and the British Phonographic Industry (BPI) have taken Youtube-mp3.org to court. Industry, FCC Haggle Over Set-Top Box Compromise

But if discussions between programming representatives and FCC officials are any indication, a compromise over the most contentious part of the plan may be in the works.
